The MRC Joint Committee at its 43rd Meeting on 15-16 March 2016 agreed in principle on the staffing plan for the new structure of the MRCS and on a competency-based recruitment of all positions. The plan was fully approved by the Member Countries at the 29th Joint Committee Task Force meeting on 30 March 2016. The new structure of the MRCS is made up of 4 Divisions, with a combined workforce.
